What's In Your HeadWell the new album has now been completed and we at DH HQ are lucky enough to have heard the final version. What can I say, as an avid DH fan I knew that I would like it, but this has actually blown me away!
Generally, the songs are stronger than on All Will Be Revealed, and Dave 'Shirt' Nicholls has done an astounding job on the recording and production of this album - it really packs a punch from start to finish. In short I don't think DH have sounded better than they do on WIYH.
Tracklisting is as follows;
1. Skin On Skin
2. I Feel No Pain
3. This Planet And Me
4. Reign Supreme
5. Killing Me
6. Tonight
7. Pray For Me
8. What's In Your Head
9. Nothing To Lose
10. Calling Out
11. Victim
Instant favourites are This Planet And Me, Killing Me, and Nothing To Lose. You are all going to love it!

I'll tell you one thing that is missing from modern metal albums - instrumentals.
There used to be a fantastic instrumental on almost every album back in the day it seems - Like Gengus Khan or Orion.
Where have they gone?

Not too crazy about HMV? I've seen their ads in Classic Rock but don't know anything about the stores or what die-hard music fans think of them.
Or just the idea that it would be nice to see DH albums get wider distribution?
After that bad experience (not the norm though) I had trying to obtain the It's Electric CD online thorugh an amazon seller, I ended up getting my copy because an online bud of mine who lives by New York City saw a copy at a Tower Records so I got her to buy it for me and send it to me. You can send a music CD (album) through the mail here First Class for less than $2.00 USD.
I miss those instrumentals too. It seems like once a band gets a major record deal or gets too "popular" the instrumental tracks get left off the albums. Off the top of my head at this early hour I'll add Call of Ktulu and Switch 625 to the list.

I don't have anything against HMV, they tend to do a great selection of music at very good prices (and give a student discount ) I'd just like to see DH avaliable in more shops. It seems that in the UK outside the big cities it is quite hard to find anything other than the greatest hits, if that!
