Phil ManzaneraOk, goofy question, does anybody else besides me have Phil Manzanera's Diamond Head album? And any thoughts on that?
I forget exactly when, it was within the past year or two, I was at this place I refer to as the expensive a$$ used record warehouse in St. Pete, which is actually where I've bought all the Diamond Head albums I have on vinyl. The Phil Manzanera album jumped off the shelf at me and I decided, oh what the hey ...
The real reason why I have any familiarity with it is when I'm on ebay and do a search on "Diamond Head", besides the "British Rock Band Diamond Head" the music that pulls up is:
1) Phil Manzanera's Diamond Head album
2) A surf music band called The Ventures because they did a song called Damond Head
If you're into prog and artsy sounding rock (I am) it's a pretty cool album. I don't know if people who are strictly metal heads would get into it or not.
