No way of avoiding it.....After a long and thought out process with my girlfriend I have come to the conclusion the there is no way of avoiding it. Diamond Head have no choice but to have a 3 hour set! 
With the next tour they are going to have include about 5/6 songs from the new album but there is nothing from the current set that can be removed. In fact the are loads of old songs that MUST be included!!! Such as Call Me, Ishmael, Shoot Out the Lights, Sweet and Innocent, full length Sucking My Love. The list goes on. I am sure you will all aggre with me. Just hope someone from the band reads this.
