New Megadeth trackWell thought I would start a thread on this as people are asking about it.
As for Washington's next and Gears of War, I liked Washington's next but Gears of War is still growing on me. Looks all good for the new album though. I do think Gears of War will get better too as for production etc as I don't think the track is 100% complete but, hey.....I am a first day buyer!
P.S. Good to see Eddie moonlighting! Especially when I hear they played Free Bird!

I think that Gears of War is great, although it did take awhile to grow on me, still not too sure on the power metal intro!
Can't see this new ablum being as good as TSHF, but I do think it is set to be awesome. Come on Gigantour Europe!

Just heard Wasted Yeats, opps, I mean Washington is Next!!! It's alright, will be nice to hear the real version when the album comes out and not just the live version, as Dave's voice is a little off. Just wish someone with the talent that Dave has, that he didn't see the need to rip Iron Maidens riff

I think Washington Is Next is the one I saw on You Tube a few weeks ago? Someone on another board posted a link to it and I remembered you guys discussing the new Megadeth tracks. I liked the music all right but boy Dave was really sounding rough.
Agreed, I like most of the material on the last few Megadeth albums, better than what other certain other similar bands have put out. Dave doesn't need to sound like anyone else. He seems to still do pretty well doing his own thing.
