Hey, you never know! I would say in your case it's much more realistic to assume the band simply hasn't booked a show for Leicester ... yet ... 
It's only 63 miles (101 km) and involves no major barriers like crossing over any large bodies of water, strictly traveling cross country - I looked it up  .
