Fav album? We seem to have a lack of polls on here, so I'm going to try and start another one.
I was wondering which is everyone's favourite DH album. To be honest I can see Lightening to the Nations winning hands down, but I'm hoping for interesting debate over reasons why you've chosen your choice.
Happy voting!
P.S.
I've added certain compilations as they have different versions of songs on their that people may prefer over initial studio versions.

My vote went for Lightening to the Nations, as it is just THE classic. Probabley the joint best album to come out of that era with Iron Maiden's Iron Maiden.
My second would go to All Will be Revealed, as it is the most consistent album since their debut.

Thats a great topic for a vote! Only thing is I will have to sleep on it...
My gut says "LTTN it's a classic and got soooo many good riffs/tunes on there" but my mind tells me "Nooooo, go for Death and Progress it's got Truckin on it!" then my heart says "All Will be Revealed" has Fallen Angel on it and that song is *THE* best DH tune.
Awwww balls, I think I'll answer this after I have heard the new album if you don't mind!
P.S. If I change my mind and come and vote tomorrow, you'll all just have to bear with me!

I had to deliberate this question a little bit myself.
I ended up voting for the "White Album"/LTTN. But not to say that was their best album and everyting goes downhill from there. No way! DH did a lot of great music after the White Album and AWBR is one of their best most consistent albums ever.
I think the White Album is THE definititive DH CLASSIC album, what makes the band, what makes you think of Diamond Head. It's the album you refer people to first when discussing DH and getting others to listen to their music. Hope that makes sense.
