Dedicated Rekuiem thread....

http://www.freewebs.com/rekuiem/

Well guys and gals thats the web address, it's Karl's side project and if you haven't heard the album yet I suggest you get down to your local CD store.

A lot heavier than Diamond Head and has been referred to as an early Iron Maiden sound. Personally I just think it's a damn good album and the sort of thing that we need to be seeing more and more of on the shelves in our record stores.

Anyway to those who have heard it, post your comments here, to those that haven't.....shame on you, go and get it!!!! Very Happy

thanks for the headsup dude love DH and all their history and I love the fact new stuff is coming out, Sean was good but I dig Nick too and think they got the right guy for the job.

For this post on Rekuiem all I can say is thanks! I thought I was the only one that new and was seriously into this group, this is some serious shit people like maiden but with balls. When can we expct to see them live?... Time will tell?!...

Thanks for the link to Rekuiem, Lloydie!

I really enjoyed the clip on You Tube and enough to want to try to seek out the Time Will Tell album. At the moment I'm feeling less than enchanted about tying to get CD's like this via the Internet (see my It's Electric experience so far ...) so I have someone watching out for it for me. I still might end up ordering it though ...

I don't know what it is about "British Steel" and NWOBHM but that music (all the bands in that vein I listen to) just totally floats my boat!

I know what you mean!

I live in Italy and it took me the bast part of 6 months to get the Rekuiem album but the guys from Majestic records were absolutely brilliant in the end. The album is great and Karl's drumming is top notch. If you can spare the time to email the guys at majestic and get it on order it will not disappoint. In my CD collection it comes next to Rammstein and although I do keep them in alfabetical order my CD collection I must say the case is not usually there...it's always in my car!!! Very Happy

Big kudos to Majestic Rock!!!

One reasonable flat price.

Their web site says world wide delivery within seven days (in most cases) and guess what ... exactly seven days later Rekuiem's Time Will Tell is in my snail mail box!

I listened to Time Will Tell right away. Only once so far and I'm usually not great at assessing an album after just one listen but I really like it already. It can only get better!

After my experience I'd say if you can't find Time Will Tell at a conventional record shop or music store, go through the source, Majestic Rock!
