I think Planet Rock have managed to find a buyer - not heard anything definite but I know they've been given an extra month to find a buyer., so I'm pretty sure it won't close.   It better not close anyway, I listen to it constantly - its superb.  This afternoon alone I've heard Saxon's 747 and the Budgie's Breadfan.   And earlier on this week, I was almost stunned into silence when Am I Evil got played - SUPERB!!!!!

If it does close I can always listen to that Rockradio FM which broadcasts from Glasgow - they play a lot of amazing stuff as well.   I listen to that station in the car cos I've not got DAB in the car but a couple of weeks ago I tuned into the Rockradio in the house and they played one right after the other Maiden's Running Free, Saxon's Motorcycle Man, Budgie's Breadfan - some of my fav songs of all time, it was FANTASTIC.   You can send in emails into the show if you like, so I emailed in saying how awesome it was hearing all my fav songs back to back and I said if you play a Diaond Head song during the show, I would probably spontaneously combust Laughing  .    I sent the email, walked into the kitchen and switched on the kettle and then I heard the DJ saying "we dont normally do requests but this song is for Sheena from Paisley" and it was In The Heat of the Night - WOW Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy !!!!!
