I bought mine mail order by replying to an advert in the back of Sounds in (I think) 1980. Mine has an AUTOGRAPHED sleeve (Brian, i think), but no other markings.

The sleeve is mint (has been stored in a plastic wallet) and the disc is in excellent condition.
